I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and LMT. I have been doing massage, personal training, coaching, teaching yoga, and guiding my clients to a healthier lifestyle for 15 years. I have a passion for helping people feel better so they can get on with doing whatever it is that brings them joy without the distraction of pain or worries about health.

I use a variety of bodywork techniques in each massage session depending on the wishes and needs of each client. The goal for the massage will be discussed prior to each session. 30/60/90/120 minute massage available. Ask about package pricing. Massage Cupping can be added to any session for an additional $10.

-Cancer massage (supportive touch-Dr.'s written approval required)
I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to fitness and nutrition. Fitness looks different on every individual and no one "diet" works for everyone's lifestyle or goal. I want to help you set and reach YOUR goal of fitness that is realistic for YOUR life. Fitness is about building a solid foundation and well functioning vessel in which to live the life YOU want long term. Each journey with a client begins with a movement assessment to determine any movement dysfunctions. Programming is built around each individual's abilities, focusing first on correcting any muscle imbalances and doing things that mirror how you need/want to use your body in your daily life.
